When the Elite Majorette Association came to us, they had no way to showcase their teams, events weren't all displayed in one place, and orders were scattered with no central system to manage them. We relaunched the site with a shop, a teams directory powered by ACF, and a full events section — bringing everything together in one place.

A full relaunch focused on moving the association online — bringing payments, teams, and events together in one easy-to-manage website.
Challenge
Orders were managed without a central system, making admin difficult to track. There was no way to view registered teams and no events listing, leaving members without key information.

From just 5 orders pre-relaunch to over 80 visitors at launch — orders are now centralised in one place, cutting down admin and giving the association a much clearer picture of what's coming in.

Discovery
We worked with EMA to understand what they wanted to bring online, identifying the shop, events, and teams pages as the three key areas to focus the relaunch around.
Design
We designed the three new pages — shop, events, and teams — creating layouts that were clear, on-brand, and built with the association's members in mind.
Development
We built the site using Elementor on a development environment first, adapting the existing theme to bring the new pages to life before anything went live.
Launch
Once everything was tested and signed off, we launched the site and handed it over with support available whenever the team needs it.
