Karen’s Pantry

Karen's Pantry came to us as a brand new business — no logo, no branding, and no online presence. Starting from scratch, we worked with Karen to build a complete brand identity and website that could grow alongside the business.

Project Overview

A complete redesign and rebuild focused on improving the user experience, purchase flow, and search visibility.

Challenge

Karen was launching a refill shop in Felixstowe with nothing in place — no visual identity, no website, and no way for customers to find her online. She needed everything built from the ground up before opening day.

Technology

WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Figma, Google Maps

Results

Karen's Pantry launched with a polished, professional online presence from day one. The site clearly communicates the refill concept, drives footfall to the Felixstowe store, and gives Karen a platform to grow her community of eco-conscious shoppers.

Solution

We handled the full process: brand identity design (including a custom logo and icon set), a WordPress/Elementor website with a product catalogue, a How It Works section, news/blog, and Google Maps integration — all designed in Figma first.

Development Process

Our structured approach ensured timely delivery and exceeded client expectations.

1

Discover

We started with a meeting to understand the goals, followed by requirements gathering and a detailed project specification.

2

Design

We created wireframes and an initial design for client feedback, then refined with up to two rounds of revisions.

3

Development

We build a bespoke WordPress theme on our development server, tested everything thoroughly, and got a few changes before sign-off and going live.

4

Deploy

Once approved, we deployed the site and handed it over along with a user guide — with ongoing support available whenever the team need it.

Key Features

From a bespoke icon set to an integrated product catalogue, every feature of the Karen's Pantry website was built with purpose — giving a brand new business everything it needed to launch with confidence and connect with its local community.

Feature 01

Custom Icon Set

Every icon on the Karen's Pantry website was designed entirely by our team. From the step-by-step refill process to the "Why Choose Us" section, each illustration was crafted from scratch in Figma to match the brand perfectly — nothing templated, nothing generic.

  • Bespoke icons designed to match the brand identity
  • Created in-house by the Blueprint Web team
  • Used throughout the site for a cohesive, polished look
Feature 02

Product Catalogue

Karen needed a way for customers to browse her range before stepping through the door. We built a clean, easy-to-navigate product listing covering everything from pantry staples to household essentials — giving shoppers confidence before they visit.

  • Browsable product listings
  • Organised categories for quick and easy navigation
  • Helps drive informed footfall to the Felixstowe store
Feature 03

Google Maps Integration

s a brand new shop in Felixstowe, being easy to find was essential. We embedded Google Maps directly into the site so customers can instantly get directions and locate the store without hunting around.

  • Embedded map showing the exact store location
  • One-click directions for new and returning customers
  • Helps local shoppers find Karen's Pantry with ease
